Operating instructions
1. Time setting
Press and holding “SET” 3 seconds, then figures on LCD will flashing from “12/24 hours”-“hours”-“min”, press “MODE” to adjust, and press “SET” to confirm.
2. Count steps
Under time mode, press “MODE” one time, LCD display shows the number of steps, press “SET” to returm the record to zero. 3. Step distance setting
Under time mode, press “MODE” twice, LCD display 0:00 mile, then press and holding “SET” 3 seconds, the figures of step distance will flashing, the step distance ranges from 10 to 80 inches by press “MODE” key to adjust, and press “SET” to confirm.
4. Weight settting
Under time mode, press “MODE” three times, LCD display the number of kcal, then press and holding “SET” 3 seconds, the figures of weight will flashing, the weight ranges from 70 to 250lb by press “MODE” key to adjust, and press “SET” to confirm.
