How to Use Peppermint Essential Oil

FOR SKIN AND HAIR – Dilute 10-12 drops of peppermint oil with your favorite carrier oil (coconut oil, almond oil) to create a great-smelling lotion safe for the skin.

FOR PAIN RELIEF – Blend 10% peppermint oil with your favorite carrier oil. This can be increased up to 30%. Use a rollerball to apply directly to target area, or dab it on with your fingers.
